Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to AMO apps page https://apps-preview-dev.allizom.org/en-US/apps/
2. Click on "Purchase for..." button from a paid app
Expected Results:
PayPal button is colored in yellow, text is visible clearly to the user
Actual Results:
PayPal button is colored in blue
Notes/Issues:
Verified in IE9 - Win7
