Steps to reproduce:
I have 'Automatically add outgoing email addresses to my... Collected Addresses' checked.
Actual results:
It is collecting duplicate email addresses because they have different case, e.g. SteveSmith@test.com and stevesmith@test.com are both collected.
Expected results:
Collected email addresses should be unique regardless of case.

This is wrong in general. Technically (RfC 5322), SteveSmith@test.com and stevesmith@test.com are different addresses, but most (not all!) mail server fold them onto the same mailbox.
