**** observed with 2001-03-05 build ****
Steps to reproduce:
- create a subfolder under your POP account ;( the newly created folder in shown
under the tree in the left pane)
- go to another account ( or folder), select a message to copy;
- go Message|Copy message to ;
//note: the newly created subfolder doesn't show up in this drop-down list

i forgot to mention that for the subfolder to show up on the list you have to
restart the messenger

Yes I have also noticed this and the workaround is to go to 
the "Message Menu" and select Move/Copy Messages.
