Note: this has a non-code dependency on Bug 534956. Add-ons aren't synced between different app IDs yet, so the only link is the record format. Of course, we also depend on a Native Fennec content provider for add-ons; I leave the filing of that bug until this really appears on our roadmap.

Not on a roadmap, and Sync isn't currently under active development.
