1) For the guided bug entry form, please change the default component for Firefox from "General" to "Untriaged" (added in bug 713163) 2) When at step 3 of 3 in the guided bug entry form, if the product is "Firefox", hide the section that allows selecting a different component. [Aside: I would love to know if we have any stats on how often users of this form change the component, and then look at such bugs to see how often it was the right choice. My thinking here is that new users reporting through this form shouldn't have to think about choosing a component at all, and are likely to pick the wrong one anyway.]

this patch should work, but i haven't had much time to test it outside firefox. dkl, are you able to do a quick review of this, and i'll complete testing of it across IE, etc, when i'm back from leave. thanks.
