The noise level in the video signal from both cameras in 10Fwd is unacceptable. This appears to be a result of the camera gain being cranked-up to compensate for inadequate lighting at the podium. In SFO Commons, the windows behind the podium measure (using an incident meter) more than 2 full stops above the light at the podium. We need a strategy for better set lighting.
