/suite/installer/package-manifest.in : Bug 588067 added an '#ifdef MOZ_OMNIJAR + #else". /suite/installer/removed-files.in : Bug 633394 added an unconditional removal. Maybe that was intended? Yet, could we document/fix this?

This package-manifest.in was cleaned up in Bug 1534028. MOZ_OMNIJAR is gone from it.
I think this is all yesterdays news.
