In bug 707987 we are going to land support for breakpoints. These annotations are displayed in the overview (right) and annotations (left) ruler. Orion has support for displaying tooltips when any kind of annotations are hovered, but there's code which includes unlocalizable strings within the Orion TextView component. This is a bug which needs to be fixed upstream. [1] Once TextView is ready we should enable the display of the tooltips. [1] Upstream bug report: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=369869
