i searched for and surprisingly couldnt find a request for the following feature: support for an external editor for mail composition. would it be possible to have mozilla use an editor that i am comfortable with (vi or emacs) for composing messages?
Changing "enhancement" to "[RFE]" in summary.

i agree that this request is subsumed by 13474.
