Steps:
Open Composer
Create a 2x2 table
Type something in any cell and right click-select UNDO
Observe that the bottom border disappears...appears only after you type 
something again...

I don't see this on linux using the 4/10 8am release build.
am still seing this on today's trunk on linux. 0410 commercial build.
