Steps to reproduce:
With JavaScript disabled, view http://html5demos.com/video which will show a default HTML5 video example.
Right click the video and select "Show Controls"
Actual results:
With JavaScript disabled, when "Show Controls" is selected no default video controls are shown.
If you select to go to "Full Screen" native controls are shown.
Expected results:
Default HTML5 video controls should have appeared.
