Details
We no longer use sphinx. Remove all the client connection classes and unit tests. Remove constants from settings files. Remove connection tests from the monitor page. Grep for [Ss]phinx for anything else. Woo

This will have to wait until all Sphinx->ES stuff is properly QA'd - so hopefully by sometime next week! :)
