network.http.sendRefererHeader = 1 helps.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce#1:
1. Start Firefox with new profile + Silverlight plugin5.0.61118.0
2. Open http://streaming.yahoo.co.jp/guide/testvideo/
3. Click link "300k", "500k" etc for Silverlight
Actual Results:
Does not start. forever loading.
Expected Results:
Start video.

Probably a dup of bug 724465, but we should track this until we can be sure.
