Kev, reached out over email a few times now, can you please confirm by March 1, 2012, If I don't hear back, I'll need to move to a P2, which means it won't be moved with the new site in Q1.

Apologies, I totally missed this bug, despite being assigned to me. Adding Liz as well, who handles most of our trademark-related items for legal.

These policy documents are tied to the trademarks page, and it's important to maintain the content as is. They're all essential, as community editions are referenced in various places in MDN and around the web in content that's been around. The community edition pages reflect our policy on them (e.g. that new editions are no longer permitted, and what the requirements are for grandfathered versions). There are still a couple in active distribution, and we should keep them as P1 essential. Liz, we should also do a review of the content and consider EoL-ing them.

The distribution policy is also active and referenced directly by http://www.mozilla.org/foundation/trademarks/index.html, so should also be maintained. Liz, this is also probably due for a review.

Let me know if additional info/context is required.

http://www.mozilla.org/foundation/trademarks/policy.html links to http://www.mozilla.org/foundation/identity-guidelines/ but that page now 404's.  The page that used to be there can be seen at http://www-archive.mozilla.org/foundation/identity-guidelines/ - does it need to be restored, or the links to it removed or changed to link somewhere else?

Those page have been migrated to Bedrock and the issue in Comment 4 has been resolved at some point.
