<summary> Need to support SendTo>Mail on Windows. <scenario> When installing Netscape 4.7x, a Netscape Messenger shortcut gets placed in \Documents and Settings\%user%\SendTo. The shortcut points to a target \% install dir%\Program\sendto32.exe Right clicking on a file and selecting SendTo|Netscape Messenger opens a new mail message with the file affixed as an attachment. (This feature also works for Outlook). The feature should be implemented for Netscape 6.5. There doesn't seem to be any corresponding "sendto32.exe" file in build 2001-03-21-09-Mtrunk. <repro steps> Copy the Mail shortcut (which links to \%install dir%\netscp6.exe -mail) to \Documents and Settings\%user%\SendTo, right click on a file and select SendTo|Mail. <result> 1.If Netscape is already launched, the mail window comes to the forefront. 2.If Netscape is not open, Netscape launches and opens to the browser but the mail window does not open. <expected result> Whether or not Netscape has been launched, a new mail message should appear with the file affixed as an attachment.

WFM with Windows XP SP1 and Build ID 2003012508. Is this still an issue with older Windows versions?
This may be a problem for Win95, Win98-1E, or WinNT4 systems; I'm not sure at what point the "Send To | Mail Recipient" context menu item became standard in Windows, or if there's a particular component of Windows software that needs to be selected for this to be in place. Under Win98SE (and presumably ME), and Windows 2000, this item seems to be standard. It is simply a zero-byte file in the "Send To" folder in Windows with an extension of .MAPIMAIL. Mozilla installs itself as a MAPI client when it sets itself as the default mailer, and Windows invokes MAPI to call Mozilla. Wesley George, is this bug still a problem for you?
