Steps to reproduce:
A weird interference between both add-ons about:telemetry & about:cc. Maybe one of these add-ons is broken or a new bug/regression in this new nightly.
STR:
0) Start a new Nightly profile (not necessary)
1) Install add-on about:telemetry https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/firefox/addon/abouttelemetry/
(May be incompatible with Firefox 13.0a1)
2) Open about:about: about:telemetry is present
Open about:telemetry: graphs are displayed
3) Install add-on about:cc https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=598349 from Bug 726346
4) Open about:about: about:cc is missing
Open about:cc: The address isn't valid
Same issue if you install firstly about:cc then about:telemetry.
Rebooting FF13 doesn't enable the 2nd add-on (about:cc in my STR).
Disabling the 1st installed add-on and rebooting FF13 enables the 2nd add-on.

The latest about:cc should fix this problem.
