Steps to reproduce:
i am not able to name/rename a "New Folder" under Bookmarks/Bookmark This Page. this just recently started after a firefoc update
Actual results:
after opening "new folder" it immediately defaults to "new folder" and I am not able to rename(this option) is not even availabe

Please try it in the Firefox safemode

thanks but I had tried the "safe mode" disable add-ons w/ no luck. Do you have any other suggestions.

You can try creating a new profile, to check if the issue is profile related or not.
