Details

We need to support peer-2-peer connections between PeerConnections (for WebRTC), and to do this we use ICE, TURN and STUN.  We need to implement this to provide virtual connections over ICE/TURN, ala libjingle's p2ptransport (media/webrtc/trunk/libjingle/source/talk/p2p/base/p2ptransport*)

We could port that over directly, or re-implement.
