When pressing the play button, a pop-up message gives the following error "The
web page hasn't fully download yet. Please wait a moment, then click on the
movie again." No reasonable amount of waiting will resolve this error. On IE,
pressing the button begins the download of the movie files. Might be either a
javascript or Flash bug.

That popup alert is triggered by a window.onerror handler. That means that
somewhere a JavaScript error is occurring. Can't tell what the error is since
nothing is output to the JS console, but it looks like this is a page authoring bug.
