Example: using Macdonald's russian site: http://www.макдональдс.рф , it's %-escaped version is: http://www.%D0%BC%D0%B0%D0%BA%D0%B4%D0%BE%D0%BD%D0%B0%D0%BB%D1%8C%D0%B4%D1%81.%D1%80%D1%84

Currently, with 10.0.2, using the escaped version results in an error page being shown whereas Chrome and Opera fully open the site.
