Using mar26 commercial trunk build

The Delete button is appears to be enabled when selecting a news search result.
 It currently does nothing; does not engage Cancel.  If we keep to 4.x
implementation, the Delete button should disable for news search results.  If we
intend to allow Cancel message from search results, then we need to make it work
(and change text to Cancel when in news).

Steps:
1.  Open a newsgroup, download headers.
2.  Search|Search Mail/news messages, enter a simple search on that newsgroup
which will yield results.
3.  In the results pane, select a result (news message). Notice the Delete
button in the search ui is enabled. Click it, nothing happens.

Result:  Delete button is enabled for news message search results.

Expected:  Going with 4.x rules, Delete should not be enabled for selected news
search results.  If we decide to allow Cancel Message from search results pane,
we need to make the button engage Cancel and change text when news result is
selected.

If I understand this right, the Delete button currently does nothing. Can we
make it permanently hidden till it does something useful?
