A new line of mice from various vendors, including Logitech's iFeel Mouse (see
URL above) provide tactile feedback when the mouse is over an element on a page.
Under Netscape 4.x and Internet Explorer this works as you would normally
expect; when the mouse is over a hyperlink it will 'click' (for lack of a better
word). Under Mozilla, it doesn't really work at all. Some elements (like the
side scrolling bar) provide too much feedback, while most provide none at all.
This technology is very useful for the blind while browsing, but it isn't a
requirement by any means.

dup of 131465... the problems with Immersion are mostly on their end, and we
need to wait on them.
