when I vistited tinderbox today w/ my windows build from Saturday, a tinderbox page from yesterday came up when I was expecting a new, up-to-date, page.
1: Pref "compare cache to page on web *once per session*" isn't honored (restarting moz will still pull cache if available when that setting is used.) 2: bug 73490
