steps to reproduce: 1. Load https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/personas 2. In the footer, click on 'view Mobile Site' expected behavior: Mobile view of personas page loads. http://i.imgur.com/3Dy5r.png observed behavior: Desktop view reloads.
