Mozilla does not reconize mime type text/html fron one of the frames on
www.securityfocus.com
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to www.securityfocus.com
Actual Results: The browser will open a window asking you to save the text/html
file. Clicking cancel will cause the page to still load, but one of the frames
will be blank
Expected Results: Browser loads all frames and renders them with the html engine
This works in NS4 and it seems to work in windows

At a guess the server was briefly misconfigured. The bogus text/html type in
the dialog was due to bug 74510
