I'm not in charge of app reviews. I don't even know if we have anyone in charge now. Whoever will be in charge will need to come up with appropriate canned responses, once they know what policies apply to apps and which will be the most common review responses.

You can copy the basic responses from the add-ons list as a first step: Approved for Public, Preliminary Review [positive], Preliminary Review [negative], Rejected and Request Testing Information. Those are generic enough that they should also apply to apps.

I don't think apps will have lite reviews. We shouldn't add that to the canned responses for apps.
