steps to reproduce: 1. Load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/developers/app/seavans-undersea-adventure-11/paypal/ observed behavior: Sometimes, the ajax-y check for PayPal account configuration goes on forever.
Working for me, see nothing bad in the logs yet for this check.
If you see it again, grab the headers so we can see the responses (or lack thereof) from paypal. If paypal isn't talking the best we can do is keep trying and print something on the page saying we're still trying.
