User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:11.0) Gecko/20120312 Firefox/11.0 SeaMonkey/2.8
Build ID: 20120312220748
Steps to reproduce:
This started in version 2.8 of SeaMonkey and is still present as a BUG in version 2.9 Beta 1.
If you click on a link in an email it no longer brings the browser window to the top/foreground. You have to find your SeaMonkey browser on the Task Bar, click on it, and then your page is there displayed.
If you re-install SeaMonkey 2.7.2, then it all behaves properly again. Clicking on a link in an email brings the browser window to the top and you are viewing the link you clicked on, exactly as it should happen.
Actual results:
