when downloading is complete, the Cancel button in the Saving File [aka, download progress] dialog should change to Close [or, OK?].

this belongs to me. I used to rename it to close. The xul syntax landing broke the code that changes the name of the button.

btw, this is assuming the user had selected the "Keep this dialog open when download is complete" option.
