Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Enable asking for confirmation before loading images 2. Open a site which has images, and mark the "don't ask me again" checkbox. Answer "Yes". 3. Look at the Image Manager Actual Results: "site can set cookies" Expected Results: "site can load images"
