This works fine when the `allow-pre-auth` waffle flag is enabled. These are the steps I took: 1) Set up pre-auth. 2) Purchase an app. Notice that the button status didn't change at all (should change to "Purchasing..." then to "Installed" - that's bug 740262). 3) Refresh the page. 4) Notice that that app is purchased (the button says "Install"). And it's in my purchase history.

pre-auth is not recognized STR: 1. Set up pre-auth 2. Click purchase button for one of the paid apps listed @ /search observed behavior: lightbox opens up asking user to set up pre-auth.
