Steps to reproduce: 1) Load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/user/cvane 2) Click "1 app" link 3) We don't jump to "My Apps" (#my-apps) but notice URL did change: https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/user/cvane#my-apps
