Steps to reproduce: 1. Login to Marketplace https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/developers/ 2. Submit a premium app and select "I'll link my PayPal account later." and click on "Manage my app" button. 3. Click on "Manage PayPal" link 4. Select "Yes" and add a PayPal email and click "Continue" Expected results: "Set up permissions" button is displayed and user is able to go PayPal website. Actual results: The page is refreshed and nothing happens for any selected option. Notes/Issues: Verified in FF11 (Win 7). Issue is not reproducible in production.
