Build 2001040105, Linux 2.4.3 i686, RedHat 6.1, XFree86 4.0.2 I've only seen this bug on one site. The girl in the GIFs (Trixie) looks fine, but the stuff behind her is all screwed up. Also, the arm going through the hitch-hiking motions leaves behind a ghost.

Open Debug Menu -> Viewer Demos and choose #2, #7 and #10 to see more of this happening. The Scaled GIF in Viewer Demo #7 even *stops* animating at all...

Forget to tell you that this happens on Win platforms too...
