Details

Although MDN's new Preference Reference is currently very (very!) skimpy, adding a link to it in about:config would serve two purposes: 1. It would encourage contributions to it. 2. It would, gradually, become very useful to people poking about in about:config. I'd like to suggest we look at doing this sometime soon, to help with (1). The Preference Reference is here: https://developer.mozilla.org/en/Preferences/Preference_reference
Where is the best part to place the link? one the right of the search toolbar?
(In reply to Raymond Lee [:raymondlee] from comment #1) > Where is the best part to place the link? one the right of the search > toolbar? How about a tiny icon to the left of the preference name? They would all line up if done that way. Although, the UX would be redundant. If we wanted to get fancy, we could have some UX that displayed a "more information" pane under the currently-selected pref.
Same thing as bug 908266?
