1. goto to a URL, say www.cnn.com
2. click reload button one or more times
3. click back button - notice that nothing happens
4. drop down the session history - notice an entry for your current page for
each time you used the reload button

Note: frames are not an issue in this bug

I've been seeing this as well, but couldn't reproduce it so far. After some
browsing, back doesn't work anymore, selecting a session history doesn't work
either. If you go to a bookmarked site or type in a URL into the URL bar, it
seems to work again.

Can you provide a sequence that's really reproducible? I couldn't so far ...

the reporter says this is not a frames thing...radha sez this is a dupe of a frame related bug.
My careful inspection shows that cnn does use inline frames. Do those count? I'm guessing
they do and marking this VERIFIED Dupe
