Mozilla build 2001040221 ref http://ftp.uskonet.com/test/test.html There are 2 test tables In the first one, the table edges (top, left, right, bottom) have data inside the <td></td> pair (an &nbsp;) In the second table, there is no content between the <td></td>. The background inage for these cells is not rendered.
This is a big dupe. Too tired to dupe it now. So knock yourself out.

This is a dupe of bug which has the problem with the spacing between <td> and </td> which is fixed
