User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:14.0) Gecko/20120417 Firefox/11.0 Build ID: 20120419040228 Steps to reproduce: For surfing on Internet I use proxy and many times Firefox ask many passwords while I have surfed. In about:config if I changed the preference network.auth.force-generic-ntlm to true it reduce the times of Firefox ask passwords to zero on some occasions. Too when I access to site under SSL protocol it ask password two times. Actual results: Firefox ask many passwords and is very annoying. Expected results: When I wrote my user and password for first time Firefox not should ask me again for my data.

Please leave the bugs in untriaged if you don't know the right component. General is usually wrong. Your UA is confusing, are you using a nightly or Firefox11 ? In case you are using Firefox13/nightly: Is this a regression / did that work in Firefox11 ? An attached http log could help: https://developer.mozilla.org/en/HTTP_Logging

The first time I not know the right component.

In last Nightly and Aurora only ask passwords one time

Potentially could be a duplicate of bug 486508. Yunier, reopen if still present (should be fixed on 52, landed just today, should be in an update to nightly from tomorrow)

I downloaded the most recent Nightly build and it is present, Firefox only ask to me password once time. I'm very happy for that achievement on Firefox. Thank you so much !!!
