Webmaster SAPE leaves zombie compartments

Steps to reproduce:
1) load any page in a tab (I used https://addons.mozilla.org/)
2) press button on toolbar to load SAPE site
3) close tab
4) check about:memory?verbose and press 'minimize memory usage' a few times

the page compartment remains.

I can't reproduce this bug. 

Tested on Windows XP SP3 + Mozilla Firefox 12:

1. Start "firefox.exe -ProfileManager" and create new profile
2. Open about:memory?verbose tab WITHOUT install any addons.
3. Click "Minimize memory usage" button once or twice.
4. See attachment 1 [details] [diff] [review]:
   2 -- js-compartments-system 
   1 -- js-compartments-user
5. Install addon version 2.19.8 from https://addons.mozilla.org/ru/firefox/addon/webmaster-sape/versions/ and restart Firefox
6. Open any tabs (https://addons.mozilla.org/ for example)
7. Click first button on addon panel to open SAPE site or second to open SAPE forum
8. Close SAPE tab and open about:memory?verbose
9. Click "Minimize memory usage" button once or twice.
10. See attachment 2 [details] [diff] [review]:
   2 -- js-compartments-system 
   1 -- js-compartments-user
11. No one any new compartments

Aurora 13.0a2 also don't show any compartments on about:compartments tab. See attachment 3 [details] [diff] [review].

I can't replicate today so I must have done something else the first time.  
I'm closing this bug until we have a proven way to demonstrate the issue.
