Steps to reproduce:
Downloaded a file that was set to open in another application automatically
Actual results:
Downloads panel opened, switched to the handling application and the downloads panels was still rendering on top of the new application. See screenshot.
Expected results:
The downloads panel should not be visible if Firefox is not.

If a developer who builds on Windows 7 (and is familiar with the platform's popup
behavior) looks into this, it would help greatly :-) I'll add this to the other
panel-specific issues tracked in bug 773273.
Also, bug 773570 looks similar and might be related to this one.

We don't open the panel automatically anymore, so not worth the time.
