If I click Install but cancel the dialog, the button is stuck as "Installing..."

I have to reload the page to try the install again. It's not hard to accidentally click on the page and make the dialog disappear.
I don't think the mozApps.install() code fires any events when the dialog is cancelled. Perhaps clicking the button when it's in the "Installing..." state should trigger the dialog again?

Yeah, it sucks. There's no event fired when the installation doorhanger is cancelled.

If the user double clicks outside of the door hanger or 30 seconds elapse without user taking action, the button reverts to purchased/install state.
This is better than button being stuck in the "installing" state.
