STR: 1. Restart, make sure you have no downloads, clear them all, so the indicator isn't visible. 2. Download a file. 3. After clicking on the download, the indicator will pop up and shake the screen for a split second.
What do you mean by shake the screen? all the screen or just the popup? this looks like a graphics issue.. Do you still see the problem in latest nightly? Are you using the latest graphics drivers?

I can't seem to reproduce it anymore, it was usually accompanied by the UI freezing when opening the downloads panel. Twas quite a few versions away though. Should this be closed? Can anyone still reproduce this?
I've not heard of similar reports so far. I'm going to close it, thanks for reporting back, if you should see the bug again feel free to reopen.
