In the current AitC client implementation, if Firefox crashes right after a successful installation, but before the record was written to the PUT queue, the app will never be uploaded. It is possible to recover from this scenario by combing through the localRegistry on the next GET/PUT cycle, to see if any apps have a missing lastModified property in the record. If there are any, they must be added to the PUT queue.
