Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to MP dev and go to https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/apps/?sort=popular
2.Observe the apps sorted by weekly downloads

Expected results:
Apps are correctly sorted by weekly downloads

Actual results:
Apps are not correctly sorted.

NOTE:
Not reproducible in production.
This looks fixed to me now. https://marketplace.mozilla.org/en-US/apps/?sort=downloads
