steps to reproduce: 1. Load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/app/fefsagsea/ 2. Notice that this app has an upsell 3. Load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/developers/app/fefsagsea/payments 4. Notice that this app currently has no upsell. expected behavior: This section is cached so that we don't see the latest changes. actual behavior: The app had upsell at some point but doesn't anymore. We should invalidate cache so that this doesn't happen.
