Define the api we'll need for uploading an app. Produce a nice document of the calls as a spec.

Will this involve also recommendation API or will this be included in other place?

Something which will provide a list of webApps in chosen category.

Yeah I suggest we make the browse API part if this as well.

That's a different requirement from app stores being able to add in apps and not something we talked about in this scope. 

Could someone create some new bugs or docs speccing out what they want.
