Web page or screen you were on when you saw the issue: arstechnica.com Steps to reproduce: 1. Go to arstechnica.com 2. Zoom in on a section 3. Pan around 4. Zoom out some and pan around What you expected: Nav bar is either hidden sticks to top of viewport, showing the same menu options. Actual result: After zooming and panning, the nav bar disappears and then reappears at the top of the viewport. The more you zoom in, the less of the nav bar you see. Perhaps it's an issue with the nav bar being a fixed element? Screenshot attached.
Yup, it's a position:fixed element.
