Details
With a recent Fennec, browse to file:///sdcard on my Transformer Prime Android 4.0.3 tablet. All taps are ignored, including on: "Up to higher level directory", any file or directory, and "Show hidden objects".

Are you still seeing this problem? I don't see it on a recent nightly on a Galaxy Nexus.

And I'm not seeing it with today's m-i on my Transformer Prime!
