Details

Create an external library on github that consumes the Marketplace API, has good docs etc. This library will serve as the reference implementation that other developers can use if they want.

Perhaps a good first start is to get the OAuth working and have a sane way to use that in the library and the validation API. After that we can file bugs for each of the actions we expect the library to complete (eg app submission, screenshot uploading etc)
