The test page layout/mathml/tests/various.xml contains various maction elements that should be updated to use our new syntax: we removed restyle actiontype and changed statusline actiontype to use the standard MathML3 syntax.

I'm going to clean up a bit layout/mathml/tests/ at the same time. These tests are not really used and most of them have equivalent constructions in the MathML demo pages. I'll just leave some tests that we'll probably move later to these MathML demo pages.
